Accelerator: Week 6, 8 & 10 Check-In SOP
Bi-Weekly check-in checklist:
- Check to see if they are:
- Updated their $50k Target Doc
- Posted in Facebook Group
- Attended the most recent webinar
- Submitted a webinar question
- Hit their goals (Sales plan tab)
- Call / Send Email using script (see below)
- If they are updating, add a note about that
- If they are not updating, add a not about that
- Make sure each person is active on our email list
- Open Active campaign
- Search their email/name
- REsubscribe them to PBP Accelerator list if not subscribed
Week Six - Text:
Those not actively participating or filling out their file: Hey! I noticed your business plan has not been updated. I want to make sure we get you back on track. Do you have some time this week or next to look at it together?
Those actively participating and filling out their file: Hey! Great job filling out your business plan, I was just looking at it. How are things going?
Week 8 - Call :
Call Checklist:
- Review previous communication with them / notes in tracker (use this to inform what you say, use best judgment)
- Call them
- If answer: (take notes on the call in tracker)
- How are things going now that you are a few months in?
- Do you need any help updating your business plan file?
- How has the course helped you make progress towards your goals? What is your biggest takeaway? Your biggest challenge?
- If no answer, leave VM and send text
